Our Process

We partner with numerous local and state non-profits as well as governmental entities in order to best meet the needs of our community. We provide affordable, safe, shared housing options for people in need. Applicants pay via SSDI/SSI or other government vouchers which covers the cost per bed, utilities and furniture. 

Application and Screening Process

Our clients typically originate via a shared referral source. Often times this could be a non-profit, religious group, case worker, social worker or even another clients’ family.  All applicants must complete an intake form as well as a background check. This information allows us to place individuals into properties of best fit for their situation.
